PASTOR (DR.) AKIN ADENIYI

Pastor Akin J. Adeniyi is the humble, dynamic, and Holy Ghost-endowed minister in charge of the Deeper Life Bible Church’s USA Central Region 2, headquartered in Saint Paul, MN. His ministry has witnessed the conversion of many souls; establishment of new and old believers; with Pentecost-like miracles, signs, and wonders. He currently oversees Deeper Life church locations in the Midwest states of Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan and Iowa.
 

Like his spiritual father and mentor, Pastor W. F. Kumuyi, Pastor Adeniyi is a teacher of the
word; a preacher with passion and a disciple of the Lord Jesus Christ earnestly contending for the faith once delivered to the saints.

Pastor Adeniyi began his ministerial work in Nigeria under the revered gospel General,
Pastor Kumuyi, before relocating to the United States in mid 1990s to continue the gospel work God has committed into his hands. Initially based in the Washington DC-MD-VA metropolis of the US Federal capital, Pastor Adeniyi later moved to the Midwest state of Minnesota where the Lord has again used his General Superintendent, Pastor Kumuyi to confirm his calling. He has ministered in different parts of the United States, including the privilege of the pioneer work of establishing Deeper Life in the Baltimore, Maryland metropolis.

Pastor Adeniyi, a former journalist, worked at various Nigerian media establishments,
including Newsline Newspapers, ThisWeek Magazine, Guardian Newspapers and Daily
Times of Nigeria before relocating to the United States where he finally committed himself to full time ministerial work. He graduated from the prestigious University of Lagos, Nigeria where he got a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication. In United States, he attended the Saint Paul-based University of St Thomas, where got a masters degree in Software Systems and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership. His marriage to his companion in ministry, Christianah, is blessed with four children.
